SYDNEY, Dec. 26. Details of the formation of the company in Germany to wirelessly uplink the German possessions in the Pacific, show a capital of 31 million dollars. The company receives twenty years’ concession from the German Imperial Post Office. Stations will be established at Raboul, New Guinea, Nauru, Marshall Islands, Yap, the Caroline Islands, and Apia.
